WHO WE ARE
A team of specialists who have decided to give the problems of plant protection, applicable solutions. The world of academic research, from which the founding members of AGREA come, make the basis of the rigorous approach that characterizes each service offered, but even more has been done over the years to complete our mission.
VISION
Being a bridge between innovation and the farm, between old problems and new challenges, with research work and the method that has always marked us. The awareness of the complex problems of farmers has always stimulated us to offer research characterized by the highest scientific diligence, but also capable of transferring the results and disseminating knowledge on achievable and concrete objectives.
MISSION
In front of the problems of modern agriculture, give scientific, clear, concrete answers to the crop production world and to those who produce protection products or services, for a sustainable management of productions.
Method
Our business and our work are animated by the curiosity of discovery.
On the other hand, the way of operating in research was born with Galileo, and it is the scientific method. But just as for the craftsman a product is never the same as another, for us also every type of study, every test, every survey is always an adventure in which to immerse ourselves. This ensures that nothing is ever routine! Our customers and partners appreciate our meticulousness, the contribution of ideas, the sharing of new issues and the advice given before and after the experimental test. For us, experimental work is not just about producing data. It is spending oneself on a mission!
Our studies, through field, semi-field and laboratory research, produce experimental data that represent what we offer to our main customers: companies who producing biological, chemical, agronomic products and solutions for the crop protection.
AGREA Research Centre produces quality data to support the registration of Pant Protection Products, Certified by the Ministry of Agriculture to operate according to the EPPO Good Experimental Practice (G.E.P.)
Our approach to work has always pushed us to collaborate with the most qualified Italian and European public research centres at universities and other public institutions, which have always been our partners and with whom we build research projects where we can apply our skills and insights, from the close relationship we have with the world of production. A synergy that public research, often not connected with production reality, seeks and finds in the AGREA team.

The headquarter is in the Veneto Region (Verona), where there are:
In the two subsidiary offices in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Abruzzo there are other equipment, with local permanent staff.
AGREA Experimental Farm
For years AGREA has been managing an experimental farm totally dedicated to carrying out experimental tests: apple trees, vineyards, horticultural, extensive, protected crops (greenhouse). All crops are managed by our staff and host a substantial part of the experimental tests.
The farm is equipped with dedicated tools for detecting environmental parameters, irrigation management, accurate monitoring of pests and pathogens.
